Traditional Services
Traditional Services come in all shapes and sizes. They range in price and form; however, whatever your needs, we can provide them. Below is our standard General Price List. We do not believe in packages, so when you come to pre-arrange your funeral or arrange the funeral of someone you loved with us, we can select what you want.
General Price List

Williford Funeral Home is locally owned and operated and is dedicated to providing those we serve with an affordable and dignified service worthy of the trust and confidence placed in our hands.
The goods and services shown below are those that we can provide to our customers. You may choose only the items you desire. However, any funeral arrangements that you select will include a charge for our basic services and overhead. If legal or other requirements mean you must buy any items you did not specifically ask for, we will explain the reason in writing on the statement we provide describing the funeral goods and services you selected.
Basic Services of the Funeral Director, Staff and Overhead: $1195.00
This fee for our basic services and overhead will be added to the total cost of the funeral arrangements you select. (This fee is already included in our charges for direct cremations, immediate burials, and forwarding or receiving remains.) This fee includes the following:
- Personnel available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to respond to initial call.
- Coordinating service plans with church, cemetery, crematory, airlines, receiving funeral home and/or other parties involved in the final disposition of the deceased.
- Clerical assistance in the completion of various forms and permits associated with a funeral.
- This also covers overhead, facility maintenance, equipment, inventory costs, administration expenses, and governmental compliance.
- 12 Month Grief Counciling program for all family members
Preparation of the Body
Except in certain special cases, embalming is not required by law. Embalming may be necessary, however, if you select certain funeral arrangements, such as a funeral with viewing. If you do not want embalming, you usually have the right to choose an arrangement that does not require you to pay for it, such as direct cremation or immediate burial.

Forwarding of Remains To Another Funeral Home:
This charge includes the basic services of staff, necessary authorizations, embalming, shipping unit, transportation to the airport (within 50mi.) This charge does NOT include removal, visitation, funeral ceremonies, casket, shipping charges, consular fees and permits for international shipping: $1295.00
Receiving Remains From Another Funeral Home:
This charge includes basic services of staff, transportation from local airport and transportation of remains to cemetery or crematory (within 50mi.) This charge does not include visitation, ceremonies, family limousines: $1050.00
Direct Cremation
If you want to arrange a Direct Cremation, you can use an alternative container. Alternative containers encase the body and can be made of materials like fiberboard or composition materials (with or without an outside covering). The containers we provide are alternative containers, including containers made of cardboard, composition wood fiber and others made of wood.
Our charges for direct cremation (without ceremony) include removal of remains from the place of death (within 50mi.), transportation to the crematory, and basic services of staff. The crematory price is included.
